People, especially my People,if you are considering buying property attached to a Point of Sale Inspection AND you do not have deep pockets for a legal team your chances of becoming a victim of unfortunate circumstances is highly possible ,for buying property in the wrong neighborhood ,with the wrong people.
I highly advise you to invest your money in communities without attachments to your home.
No one would have told me that after purchasing my retirement home February 2020,in Cleveland Heights,Ohio 44118 being debt free , excellent credit and nest egg tucked away that less than a month,after purchasing ,I was on the pathway to financial ruins, tortured by a community and their trained wildlife.
Fast forward,July 2024 ,because I choose not to give certain investors the property,my excellent credit is closer to a poor ratings, from zero debt to over $300,000,from a nest egg to nada ,darn dime all because of the bull crap from what I believe is bold mortgage fraud with the questionable transfer of 2591 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights,Ohio 44118.
